FCLE Practice ("we," "this site") offers a free study guide and practice tests. We do not require accounts and we do not ask for your name, email, or other personal information.

Information stored in your browser

The site uses your browser's local storage for a few settings, such as remembering that you closed the ad-blocker notice, and to save your learning-path progress (which lessons you have read and your best topic-quiz and practice-test scores, under the key fcle_path_v1). Quiz answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings, or with the "Reset progress" button on the learning path. The Share buttons open your own email, Google Classroom, X, or Facebook. This site does not load any sharing scripts.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Visitors in some regions may be shown a consent message, managed through Google, before personalized ads are served.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider and content delivery network (Cloudflare) may automatically record technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested, for security and performance purposes.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites, such as the Florida Department of Education and Venmo. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This site is a general-audience educational resource. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the changes on this page.
